Duty operations and maintenance staff are available 24 hours, ensuring the best possible continuity and operational control. The facility is custom designed to maintain the cold chain integrity of air and road freight during receiving and dispatching.

To accommodate customers with a requirement for the storage and services of frozen product we have facilities to store products up to -20°C. Trained staff ensures that product temperature is achieved and maintained when stored at all times. Continuous power supply is guaranteed via a dedicated 550 KvA standby generator, capable of generating the electricity supply required to power the entire site.

All entry and exit to the refrigerated facility take place via sealed loading bays and air curtains stabilize airflow regulating the proper temperature of the facility.
