Product temperature is taken by our Quality Control staff with calibrated thermometers and records stored on-site or forwarded to parties requiring such information. Should it be required, temperature data loggers can be supplied. The Reefer Refrigerated trucks have computer couplings for immediate unloading of goods upon arrival.
